Turkish Pepper, or Turkish pepper as it is often called, is a hard caramel from Fazer with a fruity hard shell filled with a hot powder with the taste of salted licorice. There are four different flavors in the same bag: Spicy Citrus, Pepper Liquorice, Chili Melon and Strawberry Surprise. 
Ingredients:
Sugar, glucose syrup, liquorice extract, ammonium chloride (salmiak), acidity regulator (E330), salt, vegetable oil (rapeseed), flavourings, dye (extract of anthocyanins), food coloring concentrate of spirulina and turmeric oil extract).
