Processing times vary, typically between 1-3 days. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Swedish federal holidays).
Customs & Import Restrictions
Before placing an order, please check your country’s import rules and restrictions for candy, chocolate, or food products. Regulations can vary by country and may change without notice.
We do our best to stay informed, but ultimately it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items they order are permitted in their country.
Customs Holds, Duties & Destruction
- Orders may be inspected, delayed, charged duties/taxes, or even confiscated or destroyed by customs in your country.
- Nordic Cravings cannot be held responsible for orders that are refused, delayed, or destroyed by customs.
- Refunds will not be issued for items stopped or destroyed by customs authorities.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details when placing an order. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Customs Duties, Fees and Taxes
When receiving an order, the buyer is fully liable for the payment of the customs duties, fees and taxes if applicable.
Order Tracking
We use Postnord or UPS to deliver our parcels. The easiest way to track your delivery is to follow the link in your dispatch email.
Please note that once the order has left our warehouse it is your responsibility to receive it and inform the courier of any changes. In the event that you are not able to be in to receive your order, please notify the courier immediately so an alternative delivery date or address can be arranged.
If you have ordered fresh goods, due to the nature of the goods the couriers may be unable to hang on to the orders beyond the first delivery attempt; orders will be left at your own risk unless the courier is notified by you in due time about an alternative delivery address or date. The couriers are not able to contact you directly upon delivery. We strongly advise for you to leave delivery instructions for the courier of a safe place to leave your parcel in should you not be able to accept the delivery yourself.
