Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apply Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.

Delivery Destinations and Shipping options

The delivery cost will depend on your location so you will be able to see the available delivery options for your address once you have entered your details during checkout.

We use UPS for all our parcel services.

Can I track my order?

We will email you tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You can use these to track your order.

Cancellation

As we are delivering eatable products we can unfortunately take back products that have been delivered as food safety requirement. However, if you cancel within 1 business day we can stop the fulfilment of the order and you will be refunded. 

Missing Order

Please contact us on info@nordiccravings.com and let us know which item was missing. We are always happy to help resolve the issue!

Damaged Delivery/Product

Please contact us on info@nordiccravings.com and let us know which item was damaged. Any additional information, including photos, are really helpful for us in determining what has happened.

How long until I receive my refund?

Refund to your original payment method should be reflected in your account within a few business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
